2019 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay grapes come from a small vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains where the soil, slope, and sea breeze contribute to a complex flavor profile. This wine was aged sur lie with battonage in mostly used French oak.

We fine and only minimally filter our Chardonnay to preserve the flavors from each of these processes, and recommend serving slightly below room temperature as storing in a refrigerator may be too cold for this expressve wine.
