The grapes used to create our famous Chardonnay come from a small vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains where the soil, slope, & sea breeze contribute to a complex flavor profile. This clone is known for its deep golden color & rich mouthfeel.
Our Chardonnay is usually made in small batches such that just as one sells out, the next is released! This also means that, typically, only one is available for sale at a time. However, we almost always have one on our Tasting Menu, so stop by & give it a try!
