Our Estate Cabernet Franc vines were planted in the northernmost block of our hilltop vineyard, at the highest elevation & in the poorest soils. From adversity comes a small crop of exceptional grapes, showing that character develops from challenge.
Although sometimes used as a blending grape to soften other varietals, we used only Cabernet Franc grapes in this wine, ensuring a silky texture & perfumed finish. This was a very low production year, creating just 50 cases of this wine – pair it with good friends & enjoy it while it lasts!
