2019 - Cabernet Sauvignon - Cinq Chevaux

The Cinq Chevaux Vineyard consistently yields top-tier Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated with meticulous, near-daily care throughout the growing season by owners Doug and Debbie Weiland. After taking a hiatus in 2017, we are thrilled to bring back this exceptional vintage. Aged for over two years in a combination of new and once-used French oak barrels, the wine reveals vibrant notes of blackberry, raspberry, cocoa, and black plum that dance across the palate. It finishes with smooth, velvety tannins—making it an ideal pairing for prime rib or rich chocolate desserts.
