2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Founded in 1997, the Big Dog Vineyarrds winery is located in th east bay hills with a spectacular view of the bay. Rocky hilltop soils and the bay-influenced weather make for perfect conditions for growing our estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvested by hand at the peak of ripeness and crushed and handmade in small batches, this wine was aged in mostly new French oak barrels for two years before bottling.
Enjoy with hearthy dishes and in great company.
