2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Vin Doux Naturel

"Vin Doux Naturel" means "naturally sweet wine" & refers to a fortified wine whose sweetness comes from the sugar in the grapes. Similar to the way Portuguese dessert wines are produced, we made this dessert wine by stopping the fermentation halfway through and then barrel aging for 5 years, allowing for complete integration of the flavors from our Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
