Our Estate Cabernet Franc vines were planted in the northernmost block of this hilltop vineyard, at the highest elevation & in the poorest soils. From adversity comes a small crop of exceptional grapes, showing that character develops from challenge.
Although sometimes used as a blending grape to soften other varietals, we've kept Cabernet Franc as the only grape in this wine, ensuring a silky flavor & soft finish. Enjoy this wine with grilled beef or salmon, pork roast, mushrooms, olives, or smoked ham. It also goes well with good friends!
